Terms and Conditions
We believe it important that our guests are made aware of our terms and conditions prior to booking including our cancellation policy. This avoids any unecessary confusion or misunderstandings prior to booking or during your stay.
Registration:- All guests will be required to register on arrival. Non British citizens are required to supply passport details.
Arrival Times:- At the time of booking we will require an indication of your time of arrival and request that you contact us if you are delayed to ensure that we are here when you arrive. Thanks
Earliest check in: 14:30
Latest Check in : 21:00 unless agreed at time of booking.
Departure: Rooms must be vacated by 10:00am as we need to ensure the rooms are ready for the next guests.
For Telephone Bookings:- Your credit/debit card details will be required to secure your booking.
For all bookings, balance payment for the duration of your stay will be taken from your card when booking in on arrival.
A maximum 2% fee will charged for payments made by credit card - Debit card - No charge - Amex - 4%
Loss or Damage
Should Loxley Guest House suffer any loss or damage as a result of an act or ommission by a guest or visitor of a guest, the guest will remain liable for full reimbursement of such loss or damage incurred and will be billed accordingly. The guest agrees that any such payment will be taken off the card that they used when paying their initial deposit on making their reservation.
SMOKING
There is a strict NO SMOKING policy in all areas of the guest house including guest rooms. There are smoke detectors linked to the fire alarm system which are extremely sensitive located throughout the building.
Food
We request that no food or alcohol is consumed in the rooms due to recent damage to furnishings. In addition we are unlicenced premises.
PETS
Although animal lovers, we are unfortunaley unable to allow animals and/or pets within the guest house at any time except guide dogs.
