Cancellation Policy

We wish to promote the best possible relationship with our guests and have introduced the following cancellation policy. It is advisable to consider taking out an appropriate insurance to compensate for any financial loss due to cancellation. 

If  you  cancel your booking please notify us by e-mail or telephone at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Every effort will then be made to re-let the room(s) for the period booked, however if we are unable to re-let, the following will apply:-

Telephone Bookings - The value of one nights stay will be charged against your card.

No shows or cancellations within 48 hours of your arrival date: Any deposit paid will not be refunded and the total booking value will be charged to your card.
