Cancellation Policy
We wish to promote the best possible relationship with our guests and have introduced the following cancellation policy. It is advisable to consider taking out an appropriate insurance to compensate for any financial loss due to cancellation.
If you cancel your booking please notify us by e-mail or telephone prior to your arrival date.
If you have paid the full amount for your booking and you cancel your Booking within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time on the date of arrival as printed on your booking confirmation a charge equivalent to the total booking price will be levied. If you have paid a booking deposit you will be levied the full amount of the deposit.
Over 48 hours notice - A charge equivalent to one nights accommodation or deposit paid will be levied.
Note: changing number of nights required and/or length of stay is deemed a cancellation unless a longer period is required or more rooms required. In that case you would have to re book accordingly as per normal booking terms
Guests who have paid a deposit but wish to postpone their visit until a later date than originally booked.
As above plus a further deposit for the future booking.
